I'm a chef working with Japanese cuisine since 2008.
In recent years, I've been honing my skills at restaurants with Michelin stars and in Japan taking part in a program for chefs about true Japanese culinary art.
Awarded silver medal and certificate "Taste of Japan" in 2019 by Master Yoshihiro Murata, and certificate of finishing Kyoto Culinary Art College training in 2018.
